Wild-caught in the cold waters of Placentia Bay and landed daily by local harvesters, our Atlantic cod is graded, cut, and packed within hours of harvest. Available fresh or frozen in multiple formats, including fillets, loins, portions, shatter-pack, and IQF. Processed under a federally registered HACCP program with full lot traceability from harvester to finished product.
